Why we use it

• To create and deliver your orders and handle returns and refunds.
• To keep accounts secure and prevent fraud.
• To meet tax, accounting and legal obligations.
• With your consent, to send newsletters and offers. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Who we share it with

Sellers receive the details needed to fulfil your order. Payment, logistics, messaging and hosting providers process data on our behalf under contract. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or ask us to delete your data from your account’s privacy settings, subject to records we must keep by law. For concerns, contact our Grievance Officer (see the grievance page).

Retention

Order and invoice records are kept for the period required by Indian tax law; other data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above.
