Shipping policy

This page is a draft awaiting legal review and may change.

Draft for legal review. This text is a sensible starting point, not legal advice.

Delivery times

Most orders arrive in 2–7 working days depending on your pincode; remote areas can take up to 10 days. Each product page shows an estimate for your pincode.

Charges

Shipping is calculated per seller from the parcel weight and your pincode. Orders above the free-shipping threshold shown at checkout ship free.

Multiple sellers

If your order contains items from different sellers, they arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking.

Cash on delivery

Available on most pincodes and products. A small COD fee may apply and is shown before you place the order.
