The marketplace

The Spirit of Mithila operates an online marketplace. Products are sold by independent sellers (and by our official store where marked). The seller is responsible for the product, its description and its warranty; we provide the platform, payments and customer support.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us about any unauthorised use. You must be 18 or older, or use the service with a guardian’s involvement.

Prices and orders

Prices include GST unless stated. An order is confirmed when we send a confirmation; we may cancel orders affected by stock errors or suspected fraud and will refund any amount paid.

Store credit and rewards

Store credit, gift card balances and reward points can be used only on this platform. They are not a bank account or wallet, cannot be transferred to other people and cannot be withdrawn as cash.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
