Returns and refunds

Return window

Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery (the product page shows the exact window). Food, personal care and custom-made items are usually not returnable.

How to return

1. Open the order in “My orders” and choose “Request a return”.
2. Pick the items, the reason and add photos if the item is damaged.
3. The seller reviews your request within 2 working days and arranges a pickup.

Refunds

Once the item is received and checked, we refund to the original payment method (5–7 working days for cards and UPI) or instantly as store credit if you choose. For cash-on-delivery orders we refund by bank transfer or store credit.
